A room full of goblins with a typewriter that somehow wrote ARMOR, Deadman Walking, and Downtown Druid. New to this kind of social media. I have no idea what I'm doing.

Hello, I'm new to this and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Never did twitter because it seemed... awful.

I write books, mostly about weird people like living suits of armor, cowboy ghouls, and druids with rat companions. If that interests you, than you interest me.

I'm at my favorite part of the writing process. Giving feedback for the cover art and getting drip fed cool shit. I only write so that I can have dope cover art. All million or so words are for this purpose.

Just watched the Knights of Guinevere pilot. I really enjoyed it. The robo Gore in particular was excellent and lots of show don't tell world building I really liked. Looking forward to more.

A lot of video-game publishers spend hundreds of millions of dollars chasing after "realistic graphics" and "massive open-worlds" when what players really want is just a shitload of weird little guys

Maybe it's just on Reddit but it's wild to me that the Silent Hill take I see most often is "This won't be good because the gameplay doesn't suck. It's only good when it sucks."

Nothing's more humbling than opening excel and realizing how dirty my monitor screen is.

First time I've submitted a manuscript for book 1 when I'm nearly done with book 2 as well. May actually be able to hit my release every 3-4 months goal by next year.

Playing Silent Hill 3 for the first time. Whose breaking all these locks? Is there some gremlin running around with a hammer?

What did I do that made the Instagram algorithm suggest this to me? Who is this for in general? Who needs a Joan of Arc bikini?

Started playing the new Alone in the Dark. It's fine for what it is, but I forgot how much I love the game style of clearing rooms and solving puzzles RE style. I played 3 hours straight last night and felt none of that time.

Beat Expedition 33. Fantastic use of 70 hours that only cost me 50$. So many big story swings executed well, a fantastic aesthetic, and great characters that made me upset no matter what ending I chose.

Expedition 33 made my son cry. I'll never forgive the French for this.

I'm writing a cozy comedy on the side to give my brain some variety and it's interesting how much harder it is to write something where I can't just insert overwhelming violence when I want to transition to the next scene or add a little fight scene to hit the chapter length I want.

I read Kitchen Confidential some time ago and I keep thinking about one particular concept Anthony Bourdain talked about. He said cooks aren't artists, they're craftsmen. They taking the ingredients and preparing them the same way over and over again to make a dish just right. They're disciplined.

My new book, Downtown Druid, is out today!

The story follows Dantes' struggle as he tries to survive in Rendhold Underprison. Luckily, he gains an edge thanks to a new companion and set of skills
