There seems to be absolutely no consideration of what future all these thousands of potentially redundant civil service workers can expect in terms of what jobs will be open to them, will they have to undertake career changes.

‘Life changing injuries’ is what’s up. Is there any other personal medical info that can be bandied around in public? It’s a complete breach of patient confidentiality. Whatever happened to the far less intrusive ‘critical’, which has no similarly implicit future predictive potential.
