It's illegal for this man to touch her phone, threaten her, or in any way attempt to prevent her from recording in a public place. He should be charged. ICE agents will continue to break laws that are not enforced. An unenforced law isn't really a law.

@cdmenefee.bsky.social is in a runoff election! A lot of candidates ran for this 1 position (CD18), and because 1 person did not get over 50%, the top 2 have a runoff. Prob in Jan 2026. Let’s start supporting this terrific candidate now! Remember: this is a federal seat, so we send him to DC.
