We should include the costs of new transmission, batteries etc when considering the costs of transitioning to clean energy
BUT we should also include the entire costs of building and maintaining the old power grid when comparing this to the costs of keeping the fossil fuel system

Career goal: today was my first time coordinating by myself a technical #negotiation in the #EuropeanParliament to find an agreement on 32 compromises and 210 amendments.
We haven't struck a deal yet but we are getting there!
