Monitoring mobility “tracks physiological progress and response to treatment…mobility must be actively nurtured in each patient, elevating the status of functional mobility to a primary goal for the MDT”

We do this on our ward. Shouldn’t all wards across the hospital? Monitor daily w/ NEWS CFS, 4AT

Writing a talk where I am suggesting we might stop anticoagulation for atrial fibrillation if someone is dying or bleeding? Not controversial?

But then remembering the patients i’ve seen, even some fast tracked for GI cancers, started on anticoagulation…
