How do we encourage colleagues not to feel frightened by the shift to community care from hospital #BGSConf

Writing a talk where I am suggesting we might stop anticoagulation for atrial fibrillation if someone is dying or bleeding? Not controversial?

But then remembering the patients i’ve seen, even some fast tracked for GI cancers, started on anticoagulation…
