Happy to share the news! @facetpublishing.bsky.social has signed "Sea Libraries" by Anna Iltnere. Publishing director Andrew James bought world English language rights from Stimola Literary Studio. The book will be out in June 2028. Read more via Book Brunch www.bookbrunch.co.uk/page/article...

me and my best friend. when I come home from my dayjob at the national library, Nemo does this for quite a while because I think he feels I was away for a month at least. how blessed we are there are dogs in this world.

It was a joy to interview Mickel van Leeuwen, founder of Inside Out Animals. he worked on the whale skeleton for a year, soon on view in Riga ZOO.

every day, the sea feels farther and farther away; the gulf is slowly freezing more and more. the snow covered beach (including sea ice) looks unusualy wide.
