Edinburgh #parkrun this morning. Temperature up a bit from the last few days and I enjoyed a slightly less challenging pace than usual. Under 29 mins. Run 61 done and dusted and a notable event for my old Sauconys.

Whitekirk PDs taking a well earned break so I headed over to Lochend Woods for #parkrun 44. Warm welcome in humid breezy conditions. Close to PB but I think probably a few secs outside.
