Mountain bluebirds are starting to arrive in BC. These primarily aerial insectivores rely on nest cavities created by woodpeckers and will readily use artificial nest boxes. You can support them by avoiding pesticides and retaining wildlife trees.

We don't want American milk in Canada.
Canadian dairy farms generally have a lower environmental impact due to their smaller size and more controlled production. The supply management system helps prevent overproduction, which can lead to waste and increased emissions.

Hey if anyone is considering backing up any datasets for some reason today, the Open Science Framework has free storage up to 5G/private repository, and up to 50G/public repository.

(The OSF is run by a 501c3 (Center for Open Science), so if you do this you might also consider making a donation.)
