I just paid $6.25 for two pounds of fresh #greenbeans! I understand why, #tariffs and loss of farm #workers due to population #purges, and yet we are told prices are coming down.

woke up with a sore throat and a n uncontrollable ear on the same side, now here comes body aches and fatigue. I fear influenza exposure has outsmarted the vaccine I had in October.

I got an email about Medicare, (I don’t qualify) about mental health from Dr. Oz, who advises #yoga, and #mindfulness. Neither are bad, just grossly inadequate for many ailments of brain. The #costs of #Medicare will give many seniors plenty for their brains to balk at, but that’s never mentioned.
