The biggest mistake I see in games by new and upcoming writers is characters who all talk in the same voice. But it's hard to differentiate voices, especially of side characters, when you're still working out the story.

The best hack I know is to read your lines out loud and *do silly voices*.

I think my main Bluesky gripe both personally and professionally is that there’s something about the timeline design whenever I peek back here that doesn’t click for me.

Not quite sure what. Feels a bit like a somewhat tilted painting on a wall.
