I have to say, losing access to vegas has been pretty nice. I haven't felt the need to think so much about video games and instead I can focus on just enjoying them.
I still like reading other peoples in depth looks at video game stuff, but I don't feel this need to talk about them much myself.

I think I'm gonna play through all of the Life is Strange games this summer, as well as some surrounding titles.

Citizen Sleeper is just as good as people said, that's for sure! I absolutely adore the art direction as well.
I also really like how the game saves. You have to live with every choice you make, which is a refreshing way to play a game (for me atleast).
Goddamn if it isn't stressful though...

Having read some interviews around Cronos da new dawn as well as thinking about the story I can't help but feel it's a anti-communist screed about how an all-consuming collective will absorb humanity until nothing but a formlass mass is left. It's kind of a reactionary story.

Death Stranding is like a compelling but also tedious and very long book (The Power Broker for example). There are things in there that are interesting, but also a lot of dullness to get through.

The closest thing I can think about is the Schnabelperchten from Austrian folklore. These come from the Rauris Valley in Salzburg, and will cut open the stomachs of homeowners who failed to clean their homes in January, using giant scissors. Then they would stuff the body with all the clutter.

Finished tlou2 and overall it's a pretty inconsistent experience. I found the story to overall be pretty dull. The two groups shooting at each other in seattle ended up feeling like a multi-hour aside that never lead to anything interesting.
Really, that is the game's problem, it's waaay too long.
