It’s been a long day. Drove to kid’s school, then to mine. Full day of teaching. Shopping. Drove home, straight out in car to do ballet run. Lost my lip balm and my lips are sore. Sitting in a car park in the rain doing my planning for tomorrow. Tuesday is the worst day I think

I made a turkey and ham pie with leftover Christmas meat. The only thing I had to buy which I didn’t have in was some mustard. Made my own pastry. It was lush (and I did sprout tops which I adore) Am now wondering why I am not looking too slim at the mo 😆

All good so far this Christmas. Last day of having my kids until January tomorrow (yes I get two whole days ‘off’ this holiday!) and it’s my youngest’s bday. Looking forward to getting out and hopefully seeing the sea for the first time in a few days

Happy Anniversary to the Enomo Walrus Ham™️. 9 years ago, fed up with always doing *everything* for Christmas singlehanded, I tasked the ex with ordering the ham. He smugly returned from butcher’s- piece of cake. Christmas Eve he turned up with this bad boy. 9kg, not 9lb. He did not find it funny. 😆

I have just cleaned out the freezer that unfortunately defrosted in the move. Lost quite a lot of food. It STANK. Can’t face washing up the drawers. Tomorrow’s job.
