It’s okay to have a really hard time processing all the horrors of the world. Try to remind yourself that we are psychologically built to deal with problems we can see and affect. The distance creates helplessness because your brain thinks it’s right there. You aren’t bad for feeling overwhelmed.

I will forever be mad that due to a shitty situation, I had to temp move away from Toronto this past summer and pass on the TV jobs I was offered or could apply for…Two of the positions I was eligible for were on Heated Rivalry ;-; I just hope that come season 2-3 I will be able to work them!
