One thing I learned over my adulthood is that defining yourself over a single thing - be it career, fandom or parenthood - is never a good basis to build a sense of self. Figure out who you are in a holistic sense. But you'll only be able to do that if you enjoy the world around you.
If fandom is all you have in life, I beg you to step outside and live. I beg you to do things, make friends, go out, smile, laugh, eat. Enjoy the beauty of the world. Smell mountain air or an ocean breeze. Do something away from your screens and make memories worth remembering.
