I'm not sure how many followers I have in the UK, but I wanted to share this. I've visited Manchester twice, for a total of about 3 weeks, so I think I've spent more time there than the Reform candidate. I'm encouraged by how the Green Party is growing there.

Fresh ink today. I chose to get a phoenix because it's symbolic of so many things to me; the hope that Palestine will someday rise from the ashes as San Francisco did; my connection to Greek mythology/religion, and personal rebirth. I like how it turned out.

So, ugh. I left Spotify over ICE ads and Israeli government contracts. I went to Pandora. Then I found out they run ICE ads. So does Youtube. I've heard now that Tidal is an alternative - does that check out?

My fiance is a citizen of one of the 19 visa ban countries, even though he hasn't lived there for 10 years. But I received notice a visa would be denied. We applied over a year ago. And now I get people here telling me to wait for the courts.

I'm someone who has gone through the immigration process, and is waiting for it, for mi prometido, and...you see these things of people pretending to care about issues that are not relevant, and it's infuriating.

So October 23, 1995, as an 8-year-old kid with cerebral palsy, I underwent an orthopedic surgery which put me in a body cast and left me immobile for 6-8 weeks. I was pulled out of school for the year.
It was an incredibly dark time, but it gave me an understanding of freedom can't be replicated.

We'll have to see if a viable movement emerges for this, but I gotta say, with the actions of the federal government over the past few months targeting California communities, if there was a referendum on secession, I know how I'd vote.
