I had a dream last night… while I don’t remember it all, there was a meme in it that people kept repeating. For some reason it was really funny to everyone in the dream: they just would shout “Mermaids Can’t Be Friends!”
I have no idea what this means or why I’m sharing.

So… today I was diagnosed with ‘treatment resistant depression’ … so there are limited options for treatment. One prescription, which my insurance company denied, ‘transcranial magnetic stimulation, or ketamine therapy. None exactly sound ideal or … logistically easy. *sighs*
