I am once again reminding people, apropos of nothing, that if the National Guard shows up and wants to be quartered in your home, please call me.

Four events today, in Bergen, Union, Warren, and Essex counties. Hundreds of voters. I’ve said before, but I’ll keep saying it: @stevenfulop.bsky.social is the hardest working candidate in the race and it isn’t close. Just insane levels of dedication. 10 days to go. Vote June 10.

There’s gonna be a memo sometime soon saying the Third Amendment doesn’t apply to undocumented immigrants, I’m certain. dailyboulder.com/ice-can-now-...
ICE Can Now Enter Your Home Without a Warrant to Look for Migrants, DOJ Memo Says
A new memo from the Trump administration reveals something shocking: ICE agents have been told they can enter homes without a warrant to arrest migrants, based on little more than suspicion.

Very proud of @stevenfulop.bsky.social, hardest working candidate for governor and it really isn’t close.

Had an opportunity to fulfill a career dream of mine today, which was to argue in front of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Unbelievably cool experience.

I love how casually this throws in “nuclear reactor startups” in as one of the things to be implemented free of government regulation. I’m sorry, what?

I’ve been thinking about this post by @newjerseypolitics.bsky.social since he first posted it and I can’t get it out of my head. It’s just such an abject failure by our party. We need to do better.

Here’s a story about the economy in two charts: pending home sales have fallen to an all-time low, and housing delinquencies are higher than they were at the peak of the 2008 financial crisis.

Gave my closing statement in a month-long jury trial that I’ve been doing and I had to explain what it means for a belief to be “objectively reasonable.” Best example I could think of.

Weird way to say “unadulterated power grab” but okay.

Fair Elections are important to every person in NJ.

Last Thurs, I filed an Election Law Enforcement complaint about @MikieSherrill campaign for Governor as she is deliberately trying to circumvent campaign finance laws using federal funds to inflate her state matching funds - it is illegal to do.

Can’t wait to see how this lowers the cost of groceries or makes housing affordable.

Just finished Saturday morning Fulop For Governor campaign event. Talk about a group willing to come out at 9am on a Saturday to talk about the future of NJ! We’re growing and building something different that doesn’t rely on the political bosses

Still reading the latest draft, but this bill does not appear to fix the issue with using the name of someone else on the ballot as your slogan. It says you can use someone else’s name (with their permission), but then says that you can’t use someone else’s name if they’re also on the ballot.

Okay. I am reviewing the Legislature's proposed bill on ballot design, and it is not only deeply problematic, but almost certainly unlawful. Follow along here. www.njleg.state.nj.us/bill-search/...

This could not be more simple but the panel is determined to give themselves whatever advantage they can. Judge Quraishi made this extraordinarily easy for the Legislature to comply. I literally wrote the bill for them and posted it online. That they’re still fighting back this hard speaks volumes.
Thread on landscape on this issue:

Fact #1 - @MikieSherrill has based her campaign on political bosses + I’ve called It out. She is the only candidate that sent statements on her support for block ballots only after statements that mimic the Essex County Boss

This Jets game is the most chaotic, insane game I’ve ever seen. Three KR fumbles, two blocked kicks, a KR TD, and it’s still the first half.
