Another example of Trump getting nothing and telling everyone he won. How are his supporters still buying this crap?

I was a fan of ethanol when we were moving toward a process where it would be produced by bacteria eating food waste and pooping out refinable waste.

This, though, is a gift to corn farmers.
Last I knew, it takes almost 1 gal of fossil fuel to make 1 gal of ethanol.

The problem is, apparently *they* don't know anything about appointing prosecutors either. The difference is, THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO KNOW.

Stephen Miller is an unapologetic Nazi.
this is small comfort given he has state power and i don’t but i am struck by what an obviously weak and fragile man miller is. a blubbering piss baby whose entire affect and personality is an attempt to make up for his profound feelings of inadequacy
MILLER: The US is using its military to secure our interests unapologetically in our hemisphere. We're a superpower. It's absurd we'd allow a nation in our backyard to become a supplier of resources to our adversaries

TAPPER: Sovereign countries shouldn't be able to do what they want?

Trump's own AI gets it right, calling out Trump's lies. This is delightful.
Perhaps for the first time ever, Trump's "Truth Social" is featuring the actual truth rather than Trump's lies.

This can't last. I predict that Trump will call in Musk or some other tech bro to "tune" the AI bot to deliver only "alternative facts" that support autocracy and racism.

Trump's GOP: 1. cause a crisis, 2. do too little to address the crisis, 3. Declare victory.

See also, farmers and their "bailout"
(Revised). Make no mistake - this program is inadequate to cover the Medicaid cuts imposed in the same bill. The $190m going to Maine is partly earmarked for new initiatives, and the funds that do offset cuts won’t reach all affected providers #mepolitics

Yes! And while we're at it, rename Reagan National Airport.
I don't care if Reagan has something named for him, but not an airport and not any kind of healthcare facility. After what he did to PATCO and Gary men during the AIDS crisis of the 80's, not those two things.
"When it happens, Republicans will object (and you can only imagine the meltdown Trump himself will have on Truth Social). The response Dems give should be simple: *Too bad. We have the power now.* A strong message must be sent to the country and future generations that Trump will not be honored."
Why every vestige of Trump must be torn down
He's trying to create a physical legacy. The moment he's out of power, it has to be smashed to bits.

Last year I would have said Josh Allen was the best QB in the AFC East and 2nd or 3rd to Mahomes and/or Jackson overall. I LOVE Lamar Jackson.
This year Maye's the best in the East, and Buffalo is back to 2nd fiddle. But I'm not crazy, Maye's not ahead of Mahomes and Jackson. Yet.
>be the bills

>have josh allen

>have 5 years of bad patriots teams to rule the east and win a super bowl

>never make it to the super bowl

>patriots fully rebuild

>lose the division to the patriots

>super bowl window closes

Trump-Musk defunded USAID. As of Nov 2025, this caused as many as 600,000 deaths – 342, 000 of them children (Boston Univ). If USAID or some type of equivalence is not reestablished, by 2030 the death-toll will be 14 million – 4.5 million of them children under 5 yrs old (Lancet).

This is Genocide.

Not every job is the same. Telling construction workers they need to go another 3-5 years to get SS is cruel.

Try this: make employers provide a retirement program, that they pay for, for EVERY employee. The value created by labor keeps the worker in dignity through retirement. Like unions do.
Ben is basically a libertarian and I can’t agree that retirement itself is stupid.

But he’s right that 65 is too young to get social security. We can’t afford it anymore.

Medicare though needs a different solution. Raising the retirement age won’t fix why it’s expensive.

So when a Den wins office, s/he can shut down FOX, Newsmax, OAN, etc? Will that be ok with the GOP? Cuz y'all are making it seem like that would be fine.
