A bit of a sensitive topic, but if any mutuals are willing to share their experiences with the kinds of psychotherapy they have had it would help out a lot.
I'm trying to decide whether to go for CBT or Psychoanalysis and am not sure which is the better fit. Currently am leaning towards the latter.

I keep losing games/sets to random tech skill errors despite how much I practice those specific things.

My ADHD meds are funny in that for the first half of the day I have my joy and whimsy for life again and can focus easily.
And in the evening when they wear off the most I can manage is stare at the ceiling in bed.
