It's a two income world -- you either make enough as an individual to cover two incomes or you need two incomes.

@velshi.com so if we don't make laws in my city against private equity buying of housing it won't matter how much we build. In 2020 they bought a 30% of our housing and we've been the top County in the country for 5 years running. :(
