Kingdom Hearts II gets a lot of praise from people due to its combat, but this scene in particular with Ansem the Wise really is one of my favorite moments in the game.
Great bits of story like this will keep me coming back to games regardless of how tight the gameplay is.

no amount of snarky "the name is the reason 2XKO flopped" internet dunks will change the fact that League of Fighters is a hideous name and if they took Johnny Reddit's suggestion and ran with that they would've made so many people think that shit is another moba from a different dev

i was already curious to see how marvel tokon was gonna fare but now with project L seemingly kinda just leaving the race (even if they have a full dev pipeline morale cannot recover) i am so interested to see how this goes
