We must never forget how valiantly Sri Aurobindo put on record his opposition to Shankara and Sayana to build the foundations of a new path. Initially, one doesn't understand Sri Aurobindo. Then, one begins to understand him, and a sense of certainty sets in. Later, when one covers more texts, it comes to the fore that #SriAurobindo is not certain on anything. He is always tentative and leaves things to possibilities. #TusarNathMohapatra

Once upon a time, The Mother & Sri Aurobindo's writings were the only source for psychological modulation and a spiritual orientation. These days, one is bombarded with so much of coverage and videos on these aspects that the glut can be said to be causing Counselling pollution! #TusarNathMohapatra

I started Savitri Era Religion in 2006 when I was fifty. Sri Aurobindo and The Mother never conceived a new religion but it grew out of my own study and research. Thus it's necessary to piece together and change their varied writings for creating a coherent ontological framework. #TusarNathMohapatra

Ontology is an unfamiliar word for most but it is the very basis of each one's worldview. It's normal now to imbibe it from various sources like science, religion, culture, history, mythology, movies, or literature. Even politics drives a certain orientation. Savitri Era is best. #TusarNathMohapatra

Many religions fail to reconcile a strict bifurcation between the Divine and the mundane but Savitri Era Religion is fortunate in this respect. Everything including the evil or the vain is Divine and the task is to sense that infallible intention emanating from the All beautiful. #TusarNathMohapatra

It's heartening to notice many Hindutva stalwarts coming around to the same view about Modi that I have been harping on since 2012. This country will develop when educated people will learn to tell the right thing. However Modi being accused of secularism is certainly his credit. #TusarNathMohapatra

Discussion on puja is going on which is an unrecognisable creature in Bengal. It has so many forms and effects that confining it to any particular notion is absurd. The basic ritual of puja itself is a collage supposed to be a rebellion against the formless. But it's all useless. #TusarNathMohapatra

Temples and Ashrams providing free or subsidised food along with the joy of collective eating is a big factor in domestic tourism. Periodical religious festivals and fairs also drive substantial participation by all sections of people. Savitri Era Religion ekes a different model. #TusarNathMohapatra
