Rewatching Better Call Saul, made it to “Five-O” and realized that despite how much I want it, a Mike Ehrmantraut prequel will never happen for two reasons. First: Vince is finished with the world of Walter White / Saul Goodman. Second: it can’t be set primarily in Albuquerque.

Feeling very blessed to have a nice long Christmas break with family, exchanging gifts, goofing around with friends, and remembering that there are people out there who love me… I sincerely hope other people get the chance to feel this way too! Merry Christmas!

Fun fact: This was our 50th “Wednesday Movie Nights” movie!!! I feel like we’ve got a solid mix of cinema happening so far, can’t wait to see where it goes in the future.

The PS5 may be a disappointing console but I do love how fast it runs shit. I can ragequit Hollow Knight and resume watching Craig Mazin’s acclaimed miniseries “Chernobyl” on HBO Max within approximately 5-10 seconds.

What’s great about loving this movie despite the viral hate I’m seeing on social media is that for fans like me we just get another sweet film with an awesome score and spectacular visuals to geek out over for the next decade (just like with Legacy) but haters just get to seethe in the background.
Genuinely cool and fun movie, was given no more and no less of what I was hoping for. If you can stomach JL, then this is one of the best movies you can see in IMAX at the moment. Check out my more detailed review here if you want to know my thoughts. boxd.it/bkyN1N
