Lilacs have always been my favorite flower for their amazing scent alone. Their sweet floral smell is a stress reliever, but you'll probably be surprised to see just how many medicinal properties these very beautiful, very short-lived flowers also have. Lilac flowers contain Vitamins A and C which help boost your immune system, and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties as well.
