Why is it a law to change who can book driving tests by students only? Why would the parliament be involved with otherwise a trivial decision. The red tape in everyday life is shocking.

On business trip in the US. Hotel guest dropped dead on the dance floor. Friendly barman put all our drinks on his still open bar tab for the rest of the evening. Doubt the hotel pursued his widow for payment but don't know. No regrets.
