Data curation and what gets measured is a calculated choice by those that have more power and agency societally, we still have a long way to go to make sure we are not leaving people behind as data federation, #bigdata and #AI convos continue to rapidly expand.

Folks who uncritically say “there’s only benefits to joined up #HealthData” tend to be from groups who historically and currently have not had data misused about them, data withheld from them, or had their experiences ignored in data sets. Ownership, accountability, transparency are keywords here.
