Tavara doesn't understand compliments at first. The only ones she's used to are ones about her killing abilities or how well she can sew up a human body. She learns quick that she enjoys genuine compliments and blushes whenever someone gives her one. And she's even quicker to give them out herself

Tavara had never actually seen a horse before her and Enver take over the city. Somehow she'd gone her whole life without. She thinks they're beautiful creatures when she finally gets to see one. Enver takes her for riding lessons quite often 🤧
Sometimes at parties, Enver likes to sit back in his throne and sip on wine while watching Tavara chat with guests. He smiles to himself and looks at his beloved with nothing but pure love and admiration in his eyes. He takes those moments to reflect on the lonely life he could have had and once did
