I have such sadness about our Australian flag. It has been hijacked in the most awful way by the right wing & conservatives who have made it their own. It has lost meaning for me. It has been disrespected in so many ways that I cringe when I see it. Our flag is no longer honored.

The Liberals remind me of a narcissistic family, dysfunctional, disordered, disloyal, self absorbed, lacking in empathy which is necessary for governing. Always a lot going under the surface. None of it good.

Just finished binge watching all episodes of #PortraitArtistoftheYear #iview #ABC . Thoroughly enjoyed it. For anyone interested in art & the process of portrait painting I do recommend this . I particularly enjoyed the adorable @lukemcgregor.bsky.social ‘s humor in hosting. Amazing art.

I find it exceedingly rude for #SussanLey to continually not acknowledge the guests in the gallery especially when there are young people who visit representing schools, future voters, except when the guests are of self interest. It makes her appear very arrogant & dismissive .

Why are some personalities unable to say sorry ‘I made a mistake.’ These people have fragile egos, are insecure & avoid accountability. They need to be in control & admitting fault feel shame & that they are a bad person instead of seeing it as an opportunity for growth.
