Lovely way to say goodbye to Pauline who is retiring this week. Fab brunch and a sunny walk to our glorious Pwll y Wrach (witch's pool) nature reserve in Brecknock. Thankfully conservation staff usually become volunteers when they retire so we won't need to miss Pauline too much!

Swansea university's marketing students took on the challenge of designing a digital marketing campaign for us and two other charities. The results were very impressive. Can't wait for these brilliant youngsters to enter the work force. Delighted to be there to present awards today
