Amazing changes in this one. I like the way items sit on shelves now. I just hope they are rendered a bit bigger. Floating items did not look good. Just hoping that item sprite rendering for signs comes to survival.

Trying to build with the new shelf blocks in the bedrock preview and i hate bedrock editions creative flight controls. Why does landing on the ground not cancel my flight? I have to double tap spacebar to walk around normally. I'll be so glad once these new blocks are in java edition.

Been a minute since I posted about a new build. I was experiencing some burnout, so I haven't played in over a month. Just started a new world this week and got this cute "starter" house done.

Behind the house, close to the camera from this point of view, is a small pathway maintained by two stone retaining walls leading up to the back of the tower. It leads to a door on the first floor. Also, from this point of view it is now easier to notice the tower's roof has the same darker deepslate trim as the house but instead has a white Pale Oak roof. In the distance a Happy Ghast can be seen flying low over nearby water.

I love building with Mangrove wood but hate the trees because what actually is this. it's such a pain to cut down and i get like 5 logs.

I have no idea if this is new or not in 1.21.5, but Trial Chambers have pointed dripstone pits at the bottom of the spiral staircases. So if you're like me and just fall down the middle to get down faster you'll just straight up die at that height.

Added a new way to crash a Minecraft server to the list. Have a mob farm so fast it pushes magma cubes out of it so they never die and keep stacking up.

While it's not impossible to gain traction as a content creator elsewhere, TikTok provided an easy way to get seen that no other platform has ever even gotten close to. I don't want to really become a content creator, I just wanted a good place to share my builds with people. Now that's gone.

Since tiktok is banned and my las post will never be seen I'm posting some builds over here. These are some of my favorites. Some new, some old. Hoping to put more of my Minecraft builds out there this year. Got a really big creative project planned too. Screenshots soon, maybe? 🤔

Added alt text to that screenshot and noticed this. I think its neat that they include the bit about it helping everyone and not just blind or low-vision users. Something i think more people need to understand is, accessibility can improve everyone’s lives.

Built a PC last night with a lot of help from @kj4lxc.bsky.social This is running Ultra shaders in an area of the world with a lot of laggy Create mod farms at 70-90 fps. My laptop could never. It could only handle 5-15 fps on this server with no shaders.

I’m thinking of starting a new survival world in Minecraft here soon. Just waiting for all my mods to be updated to 1.21.3. I have so many ideas to build. I have a proper theme this time so I’m gonna be better off at the start. I can’t wait! I’m planning on a mix of medieval and solarpunk.

I love that the articles Mojang puts out for new releases of Minecraft contains Alt Text for the images in the articles. It's such a nice addition and is just genuinely helpful for all. I wish other studios did the same thing because it's just a simple little addition.

Here's a build from June/July of last year. This one was done in All the Mods 9. My main goal here was to create a forest base along the narrow river while including the shape of the terrain as part of the base. It includes a house, bridge, tower bridge, and a tavern/inn and horse stables.

Here's more screenshots from a build I did back in July. This one was done in a Create mod-based pack. This is an industrial area of my base which serves to hide 7 tree farms. If I ever get back to this, I plan on adding things like a power substation and a train station/freight yard.

Posting here to find other people who like Minecraft builds and content. I’m a big fan of Hermitcraft and the Life Series as well as I build stuff in my free time. I’m not the best, but I’d love to see the builds other people post here.
