10 things I’d rather do instead of watch DJT’s inauguration. I’ll be going with number 10.

1. Use hot sauce as eye drops
2. Have a root canal with no local anesthesia
3. Go through the high school all over again
4. Poo shards of glass
5. Walk over burning coals every time I step outside

BREAKING - Trump just said he doubts whether France or other NATO members would help America if we needed it.

WRONG. The Article 5 mutual defense obligation has been invoked only ONCE in the 75 years of NATO.

To help America. After 9/11. And our allies answered the call.

This was a global embarrassment a pathetic attempt to play schoolyard bully. Trump/Vance were not displaying strength and they were not diplomats. I also don’t think it was coincidence that a Russian state media reporter from TASS was in attendance (allegedly unauthorized).

It’s giving authoritarianism.
It’s giving Germany circa 1930s.
It’s giving Viktor Orban.

It’s giving very much, “stand back and stand by” vibes, in preparation for what he knows is the resistance.

If you thought it wasn’t possible—well, here we are. Musk pulled $80 million in funding authorized by Congress straight from NYC’s bank account. The federal government took the funds and called it a “clawback” of taxpayer money. A lot of others would simply call it stealing.

Nice code. Well done. Pretty easy to see how this guy could lead a team to hack an election. This script could be part of adding a discrimination code to invalidate scans or swap target scans out for other pre-stored ballots. A Swing State AG should look into bringing him in for questioning.

The United States Senate has confirmed the architect of Project 2025, Russ Vought, to serve as the next director of the OMB. Trump disavowed Project 2025 his entire campaign—but to no surprise was following its exact blueprint.

Musk, nor Trump have legal authority to do this.

Where is Congress?!

Elon Musk said on X early Monday he is in the process of closing USAID with Trump's blessing.

“I went over it with him in detail, and he agreed that we should shut it down,” Musk said. ... ‘Are you sure?’”

The answer was yes, he said.

“And so we’re shutting it down,” Musk said.

Is he aware what these payments/funds do? Clearly not. The fact that they’re targeting Lutheran Social Services (now Lutheran Family services) and Catholic Charities is terrifying and absolutely absurd. The blatant hypocrisy, as I don’t see any of Musks company payments being labeled as “illegal”.

Hot take for the day. If the books How Facism Works and On Tyranny were required reading in high schools or higher education throughout the U.S., we wouldn’t be in this mess we’re in today with Trump. The following phrase is hitting hard this week: “An uneducated country is a country of oppression.”

Yes. It’s the same con. Trump doesn’t believe in anything but what helps him.

The difference is liberals are usually smarter than MAGA and don’t become the marks.

He doesn’t care about TikTok. He just does what he thinks is in his best interest. Which usually involves making money
