For my first Bluesky post, a question for DPRK watchers: why is the US troop presence in ROK not a bigger feature of North Korea's nuclear diplomacy? Historically, DPRK has asked for aid, sanctions relief and US nuclear concessions. Troop withdrawals, not so much. Why?
