Good thing we’ve been working so hard to maintain cordial relations with other world powers whose help we might need when we start a war for no reason.

Whoa, U.S. Circuit Judge Barrington Parker (George W. Bush appointee) just pressed Ensign on the free speech issue in both cases:

"Take a position."

Thank you @nikenberger.bsky.social for writing this sharp and generous critique for the symposium! You’re giving me and I’m sure others lots to think about
Just reviewed @ignaciocofone.bsky.social’s tour de force through privacy law’s systemic shortcomings: The Privacy Fallacy. It's a must-read for everyone interested in privacy policy and reform. Thanks for including me in the Symposium!

David Faris is right.

Biden has the constitutional power - which he selectively exercised with his son - to protect Trump's political enemies from the reign of terror that Kash Patel may or may not unleash.

It's one of the functions Biden was elected to do.

Biden should do it.
The president should also consider pardoning the long list of people that future Federal Bureau of Inquisition Director Kash Patel is planning to persecute. These are not normal times. Be aggressive and insulate as many people and institutions as possible with the time he has left.

I’m Starting to Think You Guys Don’t Really Want a “Village”
Or maybe just not with me?
