King Odysseus is a paradoxical figure. Perhaps an encapsulation of all that drives humanity in it's seach for self-insight, grief and longing for a return to a home that may be an idealistic dream. There is much to reflect in this (flawed) Hero's Journey.

We're living in an angry world at the moment which isn't doing anything for our wellbeing and safety. I'm not a Buddhist but listen to this, and feel it does help. Anything that helps us bring compassion into our lives and offering to others is good.
