It’s Remembrance Day in Canada - honouring those who served and lost their lives. The poppy is a symbol for this day. Indigenous artist, Melanie McKenzie made this hand beaded poppy.

MIME + DANCE = SYNERGY
With support from @parkinsoncanada.bsky.social Dancing with Parkinson’s formed a community partnership with Mime Over Mind. Barbara trained dance teachers who to integrate therapeutic mime into their dance practices.
