No wonder people used to say saturday was baking day because it takes so dang long. Also I have not had a chance to feel cold today.Because of how overheated I am from the oven. Might be why I just don't cook very often either.

Trying to decide if it's worth relighting the pilot on my fireplace but I don't think it's still quite cold enough to do more than just a little bit of central heating once in a while.

I finally have fresh flour and yeast again, so we're gonna try the bread machine. I also got some new wee loaf pans for the more traditional baking way too.

I bought the November formagier collection as a birthday gift to myself and it was also on sale from Rebel Cheese. I tried the smoky cheddar and cranberry pecan cheese ball. At first I wasn't sure if I didn't like their cheese because I tried the smoky cheddar first and I wasn't a fan immediately.

My rebel vegan cheese arrives today so I know what my dinner is, which is a relief as I barely have a couple hours a night to plan or cook anything before getting ready for bed.

Switched almost completely over to Qobuzz and stopped my premium service on the kidnapper advertisers platform. I need to make some final checks and delete that account, or at least delete all the playlists and leave it abandoned/stagnant.
