I have distinct memories of seeing "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service" signs everywhere when I was a kid. Is it no longer a problem or something everyone KNOWS now, so there's no point in wasting paper and ink? OR is it some form of 21st century modesty that makes the signs no longer needed?

From a screenwriting standpoint, the time after a feature wraps is such a nether-realm. No one wants you or your stupid thoughts anymore. The director's new best friend is the editor. People ask you how the movie is and you have no idea. "Oh, me and the movie haven't talked in a while." It sucks.
