We are an Open and Affirming (ONA) United Church of Christ congregation in Louisville, KY that seeks to build an inclusive 🏳️‍🌈, progressive🗣️, and spiritual💡community of faith.
I love that this is a church where we can all say “here we are.”

Blacks trans vets unjustly discharged
People remembering tragedies recent and long ago
Theologians in glory like Walter Brueggeman
Small town church folk
Immigrants
Kids who tell delightful jokes

Here we are. Here we are. #UCCsynod

🙌🏾 Basta Ya!
(enough already)

Basta ya, God is saying to us in this moment! It’s time for a revival-and not some typical church revival, we need a pentacost people power revival!

Today is Palm Sunday.

What does it mean this Sunday? Under the tentacles of authoritarianism?

It means the same thing as when it started. Because for Jesus this day was a protest, not a parade.

You are invited to walk the sacred journey of Holy Week with us—
from the palms of protest
to the quiet of the upper room,
from the shadow of the cross
to the joy of resurrection morning.
Each service is a stop on the path from heartbreak to hope.
Come as you are, and find yourself in the story.
