I’m the one in the brown hat.

What you might not see is the victim in the car. His feet are pointing out the open car door. An agent is sitting on one of his legs. He’s only wearing crocs.

Bystanders found his legal work visa in his abandoned car.

#AbolishICE
This is what happened in our neighborhood yesterday. ICE snatched a human being off of our streets, roughed them up badly, and then pepper sprayed legal observers as they documented it all. This is a daily occurrence happening all throughout Minnesota right now.

When I first came to the US I was amazed by the level of safety I felt here. As a Turkish person, first time in my life I did not feel nervous around security forces, was fascinated that I don’t need to carry my offical ID everywhere and could be asked to show it.
Well, sadly it lasted only 18 yrs.

I guarantee you have not seen a Korean bluegrass band sing in front of an orchestra before.

In a democracy, law enforcement derives its authority not from weapons or uniforms, but from adherence to the law, internal discipline, and the confidence of the public it serves. When accountability disappears, legitimacy collapses. open.substack.com/pub/alexande...

This is super neat.
It moves! We can watch as the Kepler supernova remnant changes over a quarter of century in X-rays from Chandra. #aas247

This is the best, most comprehensive documentary on Apollo 13 I've seen. This is an insane amount of work and deserves a wide viewing. The Apollo 13 movie is good--I own it on Blu Ray and have seen it several times. But Amy shows what really happened and how.

Honestly, this really is fantastic.

NGC 1316 and friends in the Fornax cluster. The whirls and bends are an indication of the chaotic interactions after galactic collisions, and at the center of all of this sits a supermassive black hole. From Chile at El Sauce by the SWOS group Hanson, Parker, Magill, Mazlin, and me. My process. 🔭

The RFK Jr death cult will kill millions.
It is utterly catastrophic that RFK Jr. plans to end CDC recommendations for most childhood vaccines.

It’s a betrayal of science, ethics, compassion, and the people of the United States.

And it was also a specific goal of Project 2025 (page 254).

This is NGC 1871, a super interesting structure in the LMC. This is a 2 panel mosaic taken on our 24" Planewave scope and Moravian C5 camera. Data acquisition credit is the SWOS team of Forman, Mazlin, Parker, Magill, and Hanson. Processing by me. 🔭 Thanks for looking!
