Also, I haven't been sleeping well at all. My sleep has been limited to 4hrs or less each night the past week. I'm probably going to ask my brother if he has any melatonin pills that I take for tonight.

I haven't been keeping track of anything.. I haven't b#nged, so I got that going for me. I've been doing the basic needs on repeat and rotting in bed. I think I'm going to cool it on my daily to-do list and just have the self-care list not the misc. list.

The weekend is when I usually try to stay off my devices. I put away my tablet in the a drawer. That's one of my goals for 2026, try to have less screen time. Hopefully my account doesn't get nuk÷d when I'm away.
