Are racist jokes funny or dangerous? Can they be both? My new blog on ECtHR's inadequate analysis of satirical hate speech: satire is a vital political instrument, but courts must be mindful of humor's ability to propagate and legitimize prejudice and bigotry. Based on my article: tinyurl.com/humrz
