I need an HR/Payroll Gay to weigh in on something:
I worked Christmas Day, which our company requires unless we use PTO but pays us double for. I *also* worked an extra shift that week. So I worked a total of 48 hours. That should mean overtime pay, right? (Thread⬇️)

Meredith being back for this week’s Grey’s Anatomy but it not being for Richard’s cancer surgery is the perfect example of the spark the show lost. It used to have such a strong Found Family theme. Now it’s just a bunch of loosely connected stories revolving around the same building.

I love the point in every Traitors season when someone who is still in the game specifically because they’re a terrible Faithful who consistently looks in the wrong direction starts asking, “why am I still here?”

One of my favorite bits lately is to ask, “which season of Drag Race was she on,” when my husband uses words that are out of our normal day-to-day lexicon.
Example: “Lexicon? Which season of Drag Race was she on?”

I’m starting to think a lot of what we’ve been assuming is Frankenstein-editing is just the #DragRace version of the YouTuber accent, because some of these queens talk like that even when we can see their mouths moving now.

Last January, my husband was battling cancer. This January, we lost a dog to cancer. Are there any doctors who will put me in a medically-included coma this New Year’s Eve, just to be safe?

My psychiatrist told me today that she gives me more leeway and opinions on my treatment because I have good insight and understand myself better than most of her other patients. I can’t wait to tell my therapist we cracked the code 💅🏽
