It is truly hilarious that for all of the things that Chuck Fletcher did wrong as Flyers GM, he somehow absolutely nailed one of the most difficult tasks possible for a GM: get a good return for a franchise legend with a NMC who only wants to go to one spot.

The Flyers keep whining and moaning about how hard it is to find a 1C. Well, there's a very good 1C available right now, so stop complaining and take action. Sure, you may need to trade away a player you really like, but that's how trades work. Get aggressive and make it happen.
Flyers need to do everything they can to trade for Robert Thomas.

I'm officially losing patience with Rick Tocchet. Matvei Michkov was one of the only bright spots for the Flyers early in the game, and he ended up only getting 10 minutes of ice time. It just doesn't make sense.
