Detroit went without a shot for the first 13 minutes, and frankly haven't looked sharp for the past 5 periods of hockey or so, for the most part. Need to wake up in the 2nd and not let the game get away. #LGRW

Getting a point was more than I expected considering how that game went (back-to-back w/ travel vs. rested PIT). Not exactly the best hockey being played all around.

Releasing pre-emptive locked picks for the Olympic hockey rosters in the dead of summer was and remains to be a stupid, pointless decision that drummed up exactly 0 excitement at the time and stole away potential interest from the actual roster selection.

A lot of worthwhile discourse surrounding Olympic roster selection, but I can't for the life of me wrap my head around the Mark Stone slander that has come up all of a sudden.
One of the best 2-way, elite hockey IQ players in the league, it was never in doubt.
