The challenge in AI is grasping the difference between “quantitative” and “qualitative” problem sets. Quantitative problems have clearly defined methods for solutions. Qualitative problem sets are nuanced, largely lacking method, making them unreliable, resulting in unrepeatable outcomes.

A large part of my adult experience has been trying to temper my expectations for success in life due to absence of opportunities I did not create. Can anybody truly critically evaluate their privileges as it relates to the successes?

@therainbownavy.bsky.social I’m lucky to be the dad of LGBTQ kids (so awesome). Being a dad means loving your kids for who they are, not who you thought they’d be. If your kid’s LGBTQ, step up. Listen, learn, and back them up. Advocate, love LOUD, because that’s what dads were born to do.
