Know it’s been like this for a bit now, but always saddened by the state of the Cloud Gardens off Richmond - it appears the city has basically abandoned it. Was always an interesting little oasis inside the concrete jungle.

I expect that in the future we will look back and recognize that not having UBI, or similar safety nets, in place before the broad adoption of AI was one of our biggest societal failures.
It’s not too late, but it definitely feels like we’re walking the line…

I used to know a guy who ended up becoming very very rightwing, and an early tell was when he went to the Rothko Room in the Tate and the paintings made him insanely angry, because he felt they were a joke and the joke was being played on him.

Re Kimmel, it's important that Disney has left itself an out--it is a "suspension," not a cancellation or firing. What happens in the next two days--reaction within the company but also in the press, in the industry, in Washington, among consumers, and on social media--may affect how this plays out.
