Craig Button has Flyers selecting Brady Martin at No. 6. He's been a fast riser after an early 3C, mid-first projection. Thought if Flyers "reached", it would be for Jake O'Brien. But secret seems out that he's better than his initial 8-12 ranking. Button has O'Brien going No. 5 to Nashville.

Based on the draft talent pool, reality, and lottery percentages, the Flyers really want to land in that fifth spot. It's doable, but they'll have to stink worse than Pittsburgh, Seattle and Anaheim.

Jakob Pelletier is a 5'9 high-skill French Canadian that the Flyers hope will be somewhat of a late bloomer in a new situation. Sound familiar to someone else's story?

Shipping out Andrae to give Drysdale more minutes feels like an unintentional tank move. Flyers are 5 points out from Top-5 pick zone.
Flyers have sent forward Emil Andrae to AHL Lehigh Valley. Andrae had 2 shots on goal in 16:45 of ice time last night against the Kings, his first game back after sitting out three as a scratch

The fact that Flyers Joel Farabee (24) is a year younger than Morgan Frost (25) always throws me off.

Might be unfair to compare, but it feels like Andrae is what they thought Drysdale would be.

Might be unfair to compare, but it feels like Andrae is what they thought Drysdale would be.
Statistically, this may be the best defensive setup the Flyers have to offer. Grans and Zamula are probably a wash - both are likely more impactful in limited work than Drysdale.
