Strictly separating personal and professional life can hurt people with mental illness — and for many, it’s simply unrealistic. Identifying a trusted colleague, supervisor or human resources representative can be an important first step in managing your mental health at work.
Navigating mental illness in the workplace can be tricky, but employees are entitled to accommodations
It’s difficult to manage the stressors of work if you’re struggling with your mental health. Here are some recommendations for how to seek support.

I hope @ericjgeller.com's right because #Andor was everything he says in this #Emmy preview.

I hope Eric is wrong because Disney has a terrible habit of over-correcting when something hits the mark like Andor has.
The Guardian nails it: Andor was "a bafflingly under-discussed comet that somehow slipped through the contraction of the TV business. It is unlikely we will see something like it – politically radical with Disney budget carte blanche – ever again." www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio...

I just described the original #DeepPurple music which was featured in the just-released #StrangerThings teaser trailer as a "banger."

Have I use the term correctly?

This horrendous #UELfinal is on the manager. Amorim said back in January that it would get worse before it gets better- setting the bar so low and then somehow finding a way to crawl under it.

A feckless performance.

C-SPAN is an essential source for transparent, unfiltered coverage of government and political events. In today’s polarized media landscape, access to unbiased coverage is more important than ever.

It’s long overdue to make it more accessible.

Can confirm. Cost me less than $20 to get started and setup my own domain on @bsky.app. It will be an annual cost, but worth it for the autonomy.
This is a good primer for self-hosting. There's so much benefit in Infrastructure Autonomy and the actual costs are way way less than people assume.
I wrote a quick guide to getting started with self-hosting.

It doesn't matter what your motivations are, now is a great time to get started taking ownership and responsibility for your data.

1. Try not to studf your schedule. Yes, there is a lot to see. Yes, there are amazing talks. But some of the best moments are in the hallway over coffee or a talk just outside your expertise.
