Yes, but they don't communicate. Atish, Reagan's stepbrother, hates Reagan. Therefore, Atish will never allow his children to interact with their uncle. Reagan, on the other hand, fears that Atish might harm his offspring, but he maintains a neutral attitude towards his stepbrother.

Gortash is a little annoyed by the fact that he has to look up at Reagan (he doesn't want to tilt his head up that high for Reagan's sake and suffer from neck pain). Although Reagan isn't as tall as his older stepbrother Atish, for example.
