"My pupils, it's time for another quiz question!

Conversion 2 is a move that Porygon and its evolutions learn. It changes the user's type to a type that resists or is immune to the last attack taken by the user. What would happen if the attack taken cannot be resisted or made immune to?"

"That's correct. Well done!"
📒:"False,Fire deals neutral damage to Ground,"
"I have an easy question for my students today.

True or False: The Ground type resists the Fire type?"

"This is a question for you! Yes you, the one in the background helping my students!

In Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, a new phenomenon known as Shiny Pokemon was introduced. Because of how a Pokemon's shininess was determined, only two forms of Unown could be Shiny. Name those two forms."

(It also applies to Anger Shell, btw)

"I have a tricky question for my students today. Wimpod and Golisopod have an ability that forces them back into their Poke Balls after they lose half of their maximum HP. Without using Status, how could someone force one to stay in battle if those abilities are still active and

My question for my students today is this:

"I want to make my Pokemon have no type weaknesses. Assuming that my Pokemon doesn't start out with no weakness, such as Eelektross' Levitate nullifying its Ground weakness as soon as it enters battle, how would I go about removing my Pokemon's weakness"

There's been rumors of a strange creature roaming around Rustboro City lately. Could this be what people were talking about?
She was coughing loudly in a corner behind the school, before gasping back for air and shaking herself a bit. Weather hasn't been great lately...

"Correct. And also correct on the level to learn Flail as well. As I'd expect from someone from Blueberry Academy."
"Level Twenty."

He was raising his hand as he spoke up, regardless of them being in a class setting or not.

"I-If you want one to learn flail, though. You wait until it reaches level twenty-five before letting it evolve."
"Today's question is this.

We define levels as milestones for a Pokemon's growth. What level may a Magikarp evolve into Gyarados.

I thought an easier question would be good for a palette cleanser since I've given tough questions the past couple days."

"The other answer I was looking for was 'if the Pokemon gets poisoned in battle, and then evolves, it will stay poisoned even if it evolves into a Steel type.'

Everyone today did great!"

"That's also correct. You can also use moves like Forest's Curse, Magic Powder, or Trick or Treat to the same effect."
Wandering pretty girl coming through-

"...This might not count based on a technicality, but you can change their type with certain moves such as Soak first, and then poison them once they're no longer a Steel type."
"Maybe that second method was too difficult to guess. Everyone got the first way. I'll reveal the second method at the end of the night. Until then, I'd love to hear each and every one of you give your best guesses!"
March 18, 2025 at 11:29 PM
"Really. You don't have to be afraid to answer. No matter how ridiculous you think the answer is, I'll guarantee you I've heard even more ridiculous."
🟦:"R-Really?!"

-Hes lighten up-
"You got it! If a Pokemon gets Poisoned, and then evolves while still Poisoned, they'll still be Poisoned even though they're a Steel type."

She shakes her head though.

"No answer is stupid if you gave it thought, Asahi. I'm very proud of you."

🟦:"U-Umm..."

-He thinks and thinks, until he remembered something-

🟦:"U-Um i think i remembered something...when Niichan is training his Riolu he got Poisoned then when he evolved the Poison is still affecting him, even though Lucario is a Steel type,"

...

🟦:"I-I think that answer is stupid.."
"To be a master Pokemon Trainer, you have to think outside of the box sometimes. That's the sort of thinking I'm looking from you, Asahi. This other way doesn't have to do with an ability, but it does have to do with how a Pokemon's type interacts with evolution."

"It was a theory at one point that a Beedrill's Twinneedle could poison Steel types, but that's since been debunked."

"It's not the only way, but it is one way to do it. Can you think of another way that a Poison type can poison a Steel type, Asahi?"
March 18, 2025 at 11:06 PM
"I'll give you some extra credit if you can think of a way for a Steel type to be poisoned without using Corrosion, Blue."
